All In for Safe Schools Implementation Strategy

While serving in Duval County Public Schools, in Jacksonville FL, Morgan supported the development and implementation of All In For Safe Schools, a district-wide strategy to expand LGBTQ+ inclusion through staff training, student engagement, and tiered supports. The cross-departmental effort coordinated infrastructure, partnerships, and implementation activities across agencies including counseling, behavioral health, equity, athletics, local universities, and community-based organizations, as reflected in the system map and partner framework. Morgan contributed to the design and rollout of staff and student trainings, the Safe Person badge program, Gender & Sexuality Alliance supports, policy guidance, and direct service coordination. Deliverables included training materials, implementation guidance, and partner coordination tools.
