The Landscape of Wellbeing and Belonging Within Colorado’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports

While at the Colorado Department of Education, Morgan co-developed and project managed the Landscape of Wellbeing & Belonging, a statewide web-based resource for Colorado’s K–12 education community. Drawing on behavioral health expertise, she led the cross-departmental team responsible for aligning educator, student, and system-level wellbeing indicators and translating them into an accessible statewide tool. Morgan directed the brand identity development, coordinated partnership with CU Boulder’s Institute of Behavioral Science Center for Resilience + Well-Being, and oversaw concept development, contract management, and implementation planning. Deliverables included the visual identity, content architecture, site direction, and foundational resource structure.
